Egg specialty produced with the best Italian raw materials, handcrafted, bronze drawn and dried at low temperature. A variant of the classic Tagliatelle, the Paglia and Fieno are characterized by the characteristic color that allows the creation of visually lively dishes. In fact, spinach is added to the ingredients which make the skeins green.
The processing retraces the steps of the traditional Marche recipe which, with patience and passion, allows to create a highly digestible, light product and, thanks to the bronze drawing and slow drying, with an excellent capacity to retain sauces.
