Each tortello is handmade following traditional recipes, guaranteeing an artisanal product of excellence. The care in the preparation and the choice of fresh ingredients ensure an authentic and genuine taste, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. The rocket pesto, prepared with fresh leaves, gives a distinctive aromatic note that goes perfectly with the sweetness of the potatoes.

To enhance the goodness of these tortelli, you don't need an elaborate seasoning. A few simple and genuine ingredients are enough to best enhance their authentic taste.
A drizzle of melted butter and a few fresh sage leaves release an intoxicating scent that anticipates an explosion of flavours. Or, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano give a touch of refinement and tradition. To give more flavor and taste, a rocket and pine nut pesto sauce.

The philosophy of Pastarolo

In the green heart of Umbria, where the sun kisses the hills and the scent of rosemary dances in the air, our stuffed pastas are born. Aurora, together with her children, Monica and Michele, creator and creator of the special project "Il Pastarolo", work daily to convey their dedication and creativity in everyday pastas and dishes.

All our pastas are handmade, with national soft wheat flours and durum wheat semolina. Alternatively, with special flours from organic farming, grown in our Umbria region and coming from 0km crops.

We use fresh, quality raw materials selected from local producers at km0. For all productions, organic eggs from free-range hens from local companies are used. We do not use preservatives and colourants. To maintain high quality, in the case of shipments within the national territory, our productions are subject to pasteurization processes.
