Buio is a new 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, which embodies innovation and tradition. Its peculiarity lies in the maintenance of the organoleptic properties , thanks to particular production, transport and bottling processes, which took place in the absence of light and oxygen . It is therefore a long-lived oil, thanks also to the fact that the shielded bottle does not allow oxidation.
Use: Excellent for dressing legume and cereal soups, red meats and excellent to be tasted raw on bruschetta.
