Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Millesimato has a very fine-grained perlage, an intense, fruity aroma of peach and melon, a soft, full, harmonious, aromatic flavor for typicality. Born on the pleasant hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, from grapes harvested by hand in small baskets, vinified and sparkling according to the most modern technologies.
- Harvest:The harvest takes place manually with the grapes in maximum chemical/organoleptic balance followed by a soft pressing. The primary fermentation is carried out in steel containers and before this ends the new wine is transferred to the autoclave for the second fermentation (20/25 days) followed by a period of about 15/20 days on the lees.:this technique assures us a more fruity and characteristic sparkling wine in its aroma.
- Pairings:Ideal for an aperitif, fish dishes or more simply for a convivial glass.
