- Characteristics : The perfume offers a range of fragrances ranging from crust, bread to vanilla tones, on a base of ripe apple cream and dried fruit. The taste is full and round in its complexity, where the notes of ripe fruit are relaunched on a background of citrus fruits and spices.
- Pairings : The rhyme of Quore is love, therefore a sparkling wine for classic dishes of good Italian cuisine, including stuffed pasta, risottos with saffron, inevitable seasonal combinations with mushrooms or embellished with delicious truffles, not just the white one, the most famous. Then as a pulsating wine throughout the meal, from the aperitif, to delicately cooked meats, also for dessert with fresh fruit, preferably small red berries.
