Black chickpeas are a very particular variety of chickpeas. Grown in the Umbrian Apennines with respect for nature, their shape tends to be rounded but at the same time irregular, and their"Carbon black"color is typical.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Black chickpeas are legumes rich in nutrients, generally used for delicious soups and broths. Excellent if enjoyed boiled, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil . They also go very well with cold fish dishes and tasty salads.
