Chianti Rufina"I Domi"DOCG is a great Tuscan red wine with a full and deep character and incredible elegance. After the manual harvest, a fermentation with the marcs follows for about 15 days in conditioned steel tanks, and then matures, refines and stabilizes for 12/14 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.
