Chianti Rufina I Domi de I Veroni is a great Tuscan red wine with a full and deep character and incredible elegance.
- Method:Born from organic farming, from grapes harvested in the I Domi vineyard at about 300 meters above sea level, with southern and southwestern exposure. After the manual harvest, a fermentation with the marcs follows for about 15 days in conditioned steel tanks, and then matures, refines and stabilizes for 12/14 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.
- Characteristics:In the glass it shows a beautiful ruby-red violet color and immediately releases intense aromas of wild berries and ripe fruit on the nose. In the mouth it is elegant, with a beautiful structure, savory and with a pleasant persistence.
- Advice:It is a perfect wine to drink immediately, but it can evolve well if kept in the cellar quietly for 3-4 years. Chianti Rufina de I Veroni is a great red wine, with an extraordinary quality/price ratio, absolutely worth trying.
