Tuscan salami:typical of the Tuscan gastronomic tradition. It is characterized by the presence of generous cubes of visible fat in the dough that give taste and aroma to the product, only top quality Italian meats to produce this salami with a bright red color and a savory and aromatic taste due to the traditional Tuscan spiciness with pepper and garlic.

Salami with Chianti DOCG wine from the Sienese Hills: Salame Toscano is a typical sausage of the Tuscan gastronomic tradition. It is characterized by the presence of the typical wine of these areas, the Chianti DOCG that intoxicates this salami, giving it a unique and inimitable taste.

Semi-seasoned goat cheese:  processed according to an exclusive recipe that makes it sweet and pleasant, with a delicate aroma and flavor. Fresh cheese with a compact rind, the paste is soft and white with small irregular holes. Its maturation, rigorously seasoned on wooden boards, makes this cheese one of a kind.

Sienese Pecorino: pure sheep's milk cheese, produced according to the Tuscan tradition, strictly seasoned on a wooden board, with a white and crumbly texture with a pleasant and savory taste.

Sweet and sour sauce: Ideal to accompany cheeses, delicious with both cooked and seasoned meats. Fruits and vegetables with aromas or mustard to free the imagination with infinite combinations.
