Sanct Valentin is a Pinot Noir that comes from pure grapes of the vine of the same name, grown in the surroundings of San Michele Appiano.o.

  • Features : It shows up with a color light and shallow that recalls the shade of ruby. With hints that also recall vegetal and tobacco nuances, its aroma has the scent of blueberry and blackcurrant, spice of Jamaican pepper with vegetal notes of mint and graphite mineral finish. In mouth striking for the great refinement, which is born from a medium-bodied sip in which the tannins are finely integrated and ends with a long and persistent finish. A label with which the San Michele Appiano winery manages to perfectly dominate a difficult and demanding vine such as Pinot Noir, giving us a sip of excellent workmanship, as evidenced by the scores obtained both nationally and internationally.
  • Pairings : The right combinations are with hot fish appetizers, stewed red meat, pasta with meat sauce, roasted and grilled meat, stewed white meats, seafood risotto, aged cheeses.
