• Sweet cheese sauce, 110 gr;

The aged pecorino: Aged in barriques, they are the result of the extensive research carried out among the old shepherds of the Valdichiana, masters in the preservation of cheese with poor materials, giving the cheese a unique flavor and aroma. The forms are placed in oak barriques, and kept at room temperature. They are laid in layers together with the material in which the small cracks between the boards of the barrels are matured, allow the air to gently penetrate inside and create a perfect microclimate for the maturation of the cheese. When the forms reach the perfect maturation they are placed in crates presenting the irregular shape but the aroma and intensity of the taste makes each cheese unique in its kind.

Sweet sauces: Ideal to accompany cheeses, delicious with both cooked and seasoned meats. Fruits and vegetables with aromas or mustard to free the imagination with infinite combinations.

• Aged aged pecorino: pasteurized sheep's milk, enzymes, rennet, salt.
• Sweet and sour pear and pink pepper sauce: 77% pears, sugar, 1.1% pink pepper.
