Il Ladoix Blanc Chevalier è un vino bianco pregiato prodotto principalmente con uve Chardonnay, che conferiscono al vino eleganza, complessità e una spiccata mineralità.
Terroir I vigneti di Ladoix si trovano ai piedi della collina di Corton, una zona particolarmente vocata alla produzione di vini bianchi di alta qualità. Il terroir di Ladoix è caratterizzato da terreni calcarei e argillosi, che conferiscono al vino una mineralità distintiva e una struttura elegante.
Degustazione Il Ladoix Blanc Chevalier si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante. Al naso, si percepiscono profumi intensi di fiori bianchi, agrumi e delicate note di pietra focaia. In bocca, il vino è fresco, equilibrato e persistente, con una piacevole acidità e una lunga scia minerale.
