Montefalco Rosso DOC "Abis" is a red wine with a balsamic aroma, fruit in alcohol, spicy, with a smooth tannin flavor, medium structure, good persistence. The harvest takes place manually when perfectly ripe; in the vinification, maceration takes place on the skin for 15 days at a controlled and constant temperature at 25C with several daily punching down especially in the first few days, 50% maturation for 12 months in French oak tonneaux and the other 50% in stainless steel; followed by 4 months in the bottle.
