Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC is a white wine with hints of ripe pear, white pepper and a touch of sage. Full-bodied in its minerality, it boasts a balanced flavor and an unexpected persistence on the palate. A wine with character and a versatile combination.
- Procedure:In the vinification the grapes are pressed softly and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. The wine then ages for a few months on its own yeasts in stainless steel containers.
- Pairings:To be proposed as an aperitif, with pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, grilled fish, fondues and soufflées.
