Insoglio del Cinghiale is the most important wine of the Campo di Sasso estate, part of Biserno. Born from a blend of Bordeaux grapes in the territory of Bibbona, on the border with Bolgheri. Fermentation in steel and refining of one part for 4 months in second passage French oak barrels. Fruity and full-bodied red, perfect to accompany a pleasant dinner with friends.
Intense ruby red color. On the nose, hints of spices and red fruits. Balanced, structured, round sip. It relaxes with great pleasure, with soft and well-blended tannins and a nice aromatic profile. Strong finish on notes of red fruit.
