Three color proposals for a Ferrari Trentodoc from selected mountain Chardonnay of the refined 2018 vintage, enclosed in a bottle with an opaque black background enlivened by the unmistakable zig-zag design signed by Missoni. The perfect expression of the Trentino area in which finesse, purity, precision and harmony highlight the virtues of a great wine.
- The vintage : This selection intensely expresses all the substance and strength of the 2018 harvest, a vintage characterized by cool temperatures with above average rainfall in spring, but with a stable trend in the last month before the harvest, a fact which contributed to ideal grape maturity. In the Missoni Selection, from 100% Chardonnay, we fully find the style of mountain grapes.
- Characteristics : At sight it has a deep, slightly golden color, enlivened by a fine and luminous perlage. On the nose, the aromatic opening typical of Chardonnay gives it a harmonious and slender personality, in which notes of yellow fruit initially emerge and citrus jelly, then those of sweet spices, toasted hazelnut, revealing all the complexity and refinement of this bubble. On the palate, each sip expresses purity and elegance at the same time. A wine of full pleasure, of great gastronomy, delicate and powerful at the same time, precise and profound.

The legend Giulio Ferrari
The Ferrari myth was born from a man, Giulio Ferrari, and his dream of creating a wine in Trentino capable of competing with the best French Champagnes.
He is a pioneer: he is the first to understand the extraordinary vocation of his land, he is the first to spread Chardonnay in Italy. He begins to produce a few very select bottles, with an obsessive cult for quality.
Having no children, Giulio Ferrari is looking for a successor to whom he can entrust his dream. Among the many suitors he chooses Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento. Thanks to his passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno Lunelli manages to increase production without ever compromising on quality.
Bruno Lunelli passes on the passion to his sons: under the guidance of Franco, Gino and Mauro, Ferrari becomes a leader in Italy and the Italian toast par excellence. In recent years, some of the labels destined to go down in history saw the light of day: Ferrari Rosé, Ferrari Perlé and Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore.
The third generation of the Lunelli family keeps the Ferrari dream alive. Marcello, Matteo, Camilla and Alessandro lead the company together with an extraordinary team with the aim of innovating in the wake of tradition, bringing Ferrari to the world as an ambassador of the Italian Art of Living.
