Saffron is grown organically, harvested by hand and dried naturally on the same day as it is harvested, thus leaving all the organoleptic characteristics intact. Processed according to the sanitary regulations in force, it is packaged by hand so as not to damage the pistils.
SPECIFIC NOTES: Saffron in pistils pack for 40/50 place settings; infuse them in about 5 cl of warm water in a glass jar.
