All our extra virgin olive oil is Italian, precisely because it comes from the bestolives grown in the heart of central Italy. In fact, the aroma and body of our Italian oil evoke the Tuscan, Umbrian and Marche hilly landscapes. As a note of excellence, we choose Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio olives: only quality raw materials, which guarantee a healthy, genuine and precious oil. The extra virgin olive oil chosen by us of Cose del Posto comes from a long search to choose only producers of excellence, who cultivate following the dictates of Bio, protecting the environment and protecting the natural landscape. Ouro extra virgin olive oil is organic it is worked by growers who respect and keep the secrets handed down from tradition. Theolives are harvested strictly by hand from mid-October to early November, respecting the natural rhythms: that's why the flavors and aromas that our oils give off change according to the season. Once harvested, the olives are cold pressed within 8 hours of collection, which guarantees extreme freshness for our extra virgin olive oil. The product,, filtered by cotton by fall, it is of an emerald green color with evident golden reflections, with a fruity and fresh aroma, reminiscent of the not fully ripe olives as soon as they are pressed.
