- Characteristics : TO THE SIGHT Of a blond yellow tending towards straw, with lively reflections and olive green tones. ON THE NOSE The intense aroma of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, papaya), deriving from Chardonnay, is extraordinary. Pinot Grigio and Pinot Blanc stand out with white-fleshed fruits such as quince and Williams pear. ON THE PALATE it offers tangible intensity and richness. The drink is completely linear and direct, precise and well defined, solid and compact. The softness and acidity give a perfect balance.
