The yellow and compact pulp, delicately sweetish and sour, juicy and crunchy, is ideal for the spicy note of mustard. The sweet and chocolatey beans of Brazilian coffee, Santos Montecarmelo variety, differentiate the taste, creating a particular visual effect inside the jar.

Tuscan Goat Cheese: with Vegetable Rennet naturally lactose-free: it is a light and digestible product. The semi-hard consistency paste, distinctly crumbly, is pearl white in color. It is presented covered with hay on the crust to recall spring pastures.
