INGREDIENTS:pears (70%) William, Abate, Kaiser varieties; sugar; balsamic vinegar (7%); acidifier; citric acid.


STORAGE METHOD:At room temperature if the product is intact; the opened compote should be kept in the refrigerator and eaten within 3 weeks of opening.
