There Tuscany, a land of strong and unmistakable flavours, represented by the Finocchiona IGP, a unique product with its unmistakable aroma due to wild fennel seeds.

The Veneto, a region proud of its many food and wine riches, represented by the Piave Nugget®, a unique cured meat, characterised not only by its spicy flavour, but also by its seasoning, ventilated by the winds of the Piave Valley.

The Marche, thanks to its territory rich in nature and numerous traditions, especially of cured meats such as Ciauscolo PGI, the soft salami par excellence.

THE'Umbria, with its peasant traditions, characterized by strong flavors, represented by two unique products: the Mule's Balls, a typical Norcia salami, typical for its central lard, and the Salami under the Ash, an ancient seasoning tradition still maintained today.

Finocchiona PGI: a traditional Tuscan salami, renowned for its unique taste derived from fennel seeds. This special ingredient gives the salami an intense and characteristic flavor that makes it unmistakable and appreciated by lovers of quality cured meats.

Piave Nugget®: high quality product that cannot be missing from the table of true connoisseurs of Italian cured meats.
This delicious specialty is obtained from the selection of the best Italian pork meats, hand-worked and aged for a period that varies from 40 to 60 days depending on the format.
The meat used for Pepita del Piave® is processed within 24/36 hours of slaughter, in order to preserve its softness and freshness.
Thanks to the blend of spices and natural aromas that surround it, Pepita del Piave® has a unique taste and aroma, which cannot be confused with those of other cured meats.

Ciauscolo PGI: It has a soft consistency and an intense flavour, thanks to the presence of pepper and other spices in the meat mixture used for its production.
Ciauscolo is traditionally served as an appetizer or snack, but can also be used as an ingredient in numerous recipes from the Marche region.
Its artisanal production and respect for local tradition make it a high-quality product appreciated throughout Italy.

Mule's Balls from Norcia: Salami with an original shape and unique and strong taste.The name is due to the particular oval shape due to the packaging of the meat in a casing still sewn by hand, and to be tied in pairs of two so that they can be left to mature astride a cane or a wooden pole. Its production is limited and this characterizes it as a niche product available almost exclusively in the production area. The peculiarity of this salami is that inside each gut, before filling, a bar of lard is inserted, which in addition to making the Coglioni di mulo unmistakable, gives them a particular softness and flavor.

Perugino Salami under Ash: The natural salami aged under ash is still produced today following the long processes of artisanal processing of the peasant tradition, which make it a one-of-a-kind product due to its authentic flavour which does not change over the years.
