- Semi-hard cheese made from whole, pasteurized buffalo milk.
- SIZE: Wedge of approximately 200/250 grams.
- Product without additives and preservatives, from Campania.
Semi-hard cheese with buffalo milk whole or pasteurized. the yellow ochre rind is netted and clean, while the paste is compact and dry and has small and regular holes. It immediately conquers with its olfactory complexity.
It is not difficult to find notes of butter, umami, yeast, aromatic herbs such as sage and floral notes of honey. Sweet in the mouth, with a right amount of flavor, it turns the aromatic notes towards lactic and vegetal. The consistency is pleasant thanks to solubility and granularity.
SPECIFIC NOTES: Semi-hard buffalo cheese made from raw buffalo milk, only hand-spun. Aged 60-180 days. Vacuum-packed.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Color: honeyed white; Odor: sweet lactic of cooked butter, with floral notes; Taste: sweet, lactic and not very tasty. Surface: flat with light texture; Crust: thin edible
