The tasty Lomo Ibérico de Bellota Cesar Nieto 50% Iberian breed is obtained from a strip of Iberian pork loin traditionally stuffed into the casing and marinated with high quality natural ingredients. It is characterized by a delicious flavour, a pink colour, juiciness and abundant infiltrated veins. An authentic experience to enjoy!

Preparation : 50% Iberian Breed is obtained from selected crossbreeding of the pig, reaching 50% of the Iberian Breed in its genetics. These pigs are raised on farms that guarantee animal welfare and are fed with natural feed, based on top quality cereals. Its preparation is completely traditional, using our marinade recipe with more than five decades of tradition. Guijuelo's unique microclimate and its more than a thousand meters above sea level are the factors that have made our Guijuelo dryers and cellars the ideal place for its slow maturation of almost 5 months.
