The Lonza norcina by the Ansuini brothers is the right cured meat for an aperitif or for delicious meals. Aged for about 10 months inside the shop, the loin is very consistent when cut. With a fragrant smell and a tasty flavor, it is a purely lean meat with a sweet taste.
