The Patanegra Iberico Cebo de Campo César Nieto is practical, thanks to its packaging in a 100 gram bag, but also the most convenient way to savor all its character in perfect slices cut by hand by the master slicers of Guijuelo. Easy to store, with an exceptional taste!
Preparation : Cebo de Campo César Nieto Iberian ham, raised in the Guijuelo region, offers an intense flavor and at the same time rich in delicate nuances. This richness is the result of its maturation process lasting over 40 months . Its color ranges from dark pink to light pink, with abundant marbled fat. The high percentage of oleic acid in its fats makes it very soft in the mouth and light at the same time. This Iberian ham from Cebo de Campo is obtained from selected crosses of the Iberian pig, reaching 75 % Iberian breed in its genetics.
The herds are fed with grass and other natural resources that they find freely on the farm and are supplemented with high quality natural feed. Its elaboration, from the hind limbs of the animal, is totally traditional, using natural salt from the Salinas de Torrevieja for its salting process. Guijuelo's unique microclimate and its 1,000 meters above sea level allow us to use less salt than in other areas. Therefore, our Cebo de Campo Iberian ham also offers you that initial sweet point of Guijuelo cured hams.

CESAR NIETO
We are the fifth generation of the family dedicated to maintaining the essence of a unique product, the original Guijuelo Iberian denomination of origin.
The history of César Nieto dates back to five family generations, a path of constant innovation from 1895 to today.
The Nieto family has spent decades dedicated to conveying the essence of our land, a paradise of holm oak forests and wetlands on the slopes of the Sierra Salamanca. A privileged environment that provides our Iberian products with unique flavors and aromas.
“We continue to work every day with the same passion as each of the previous generations of the Nieto family.”
GIORGIO NIETO
