🍞The authentic Easter cheese pizza, produced according to the Umbrian tradition, just like it used to be made.
🔥Baked in a wood-fired oven and preservative-free.
🚚Produced overnight and shipped the same morning.
WEIGHT: Approximately 700 grams.
Our cheese pizza (or cake) contains no preservatives and has a shelf life of about 7/10 days from the production date, which is why we ship it the same day it's baked!
The perfect pairing is with cold cuts, but it can also be enjoyed with sauces.
This is a product found only in central Italy, especially with these characteristics (preservative-free and baked in a wood-fired oven), so you can only purchase it here.
Easter Cheese Pizza is actually a cake. With a rustic and strong cheese flavor, it's a typical Umbrian preparation.
It's a soft, rich, and very flavorful savory cake made from a blend of aged cheeses. Usually cylindrical in shape or, in some cases, even elongated and lower.
The cheese cake is traditionally consumed on Easter morning accompanied by hard-boiled eggs and typical traditional cold cuts.
