Rosso di Montalcino Poggio di Sotto is a full-bodied and intense red wine, aged for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, it represents the simplest line produced by the Poggio di Sotto estate, but in reality it reveals a great character and depth so much that it is comparable to other Brunelli of the denomination

  • Features : The Rosso di Montalcino Poggio di Sotto wine has acolor very bright and attractive, reminiscent of ruby. Thescent it is fruity and emanates woody and spicy sensations, which also refer to light nuances of aromatic herbs. Thetaste it is soft and delicate, characterized by a fruity taste from which a savory, very pleasant vein emerges.
  • Pairings : Excellent pairing with risotto with meat sauce, stewed red meat, roasted and grilled meat, game and aged cheeses. . Thanks to these characteristics, the wine is perfect as a meditation wine or to be paired with structured red meat or game dishes.
