Aurora, together with her children, Monica and Michele, the creator of the special project “Il Pastarolo”, work every day to convey their dedication and creativity in the pastas and dishes of every day.

All our pastas are handmade, with national soft wheat flours and durum wheat semolina.Alternatively, with special flours from organic farming, grown in our Umbria region and coming from zero-mile crops.

We use fresh and quality raw materials selected from local producers at km0. For all productions we use organic eggs from free-range hens, coming from local companies. We do not use preservatives and colorants. To maintain high quality, in case of shipments within the national territory, our productions are subject to pasteurization processes.
