From Casa Ferrari's obsession for excellence, an exclusive Trento doc that expresses the vibrant intensity of mountain Pinot Noir

  • The 2008 vintage: 2008 was a year characterized by temperatures and rainfall above seasonal averages. Rainfall was particularly intense in the spring and early summer, making the phytosanitary campaign challenging. In August, stable and sunny weather allowed good ripening of the grapes, combined with a very interesting aromatic profile.
  • Tasting: Salmon pink in color with remarkable brightness, it has an extremely refined bubble. On the nose it is very complex and of great nobility. The opening recalls sensations of tamarind, pomegranate, cranberry and cherry, followed by floral memories of violet and nigritella. With oxygenation, memories of bran, blood orange, rhubarb and cinnamon emerge. The taste is structured, rich and powerful, but incredibly balanced and long; the freshness gives depth to the sip that ends, after endless moments, on the initial sensations of flowers and red fruits.
